Kujtim Hysenaj

Kujtim Hysenaj, Ambassador of Albania to Yugoslavia in the years 1986-1992. (Head of Albanian Secret Services November 19, 2002 – January 2005). He has been the chairman of Albanian Secret Services  since November 19, 2002. Once as a Diplomat he gave a new face to this service. He died in duty in January 2004.
